Which Wedding Is My Favorite?

One of the most popular questions that I get asked all the time is, "which wedding was my favorite?"

There are hundreds of weddings that I have loved...thousands, even. 

But just like a mother who "loves you all the same" - I would say that there are just a few of them that turned out the most breathtaking photographs and had the most fun with the families all day long. Christina & Joseph's was one of those weddings.

Their wedding was photography perfection for me and my team. There were so many positive factors: everyone showed up on time, the other vendors were already present and setting up exactly as planned; and there was a wedding planner who could stick to a schedule. 

There there were also the prettiest little details throughout their day. The weather was Florida Perfect: sunny but with patches of clouds, a light breeze, and almost zero humidity.

The best part was that Christina had booked an unlimited day with 3 photographers. Their planner had built in so much time between ceremony events so we could use the entire location (lake, bridge, trees, etc.)

The couple had such romantic chemistry - but they were also silly and playful. There were so many laughs in between the posed and formal shoots. Even though we had over 1000 photos, it didn't feel like we overshot their day. The bride laughed that she would have to have four albums, just to get her favorites in!

The end result was photographs that [not only did the couple & their families love the photos] but I continue to receive compliments from them about these images; both from social media and new clients.

Finally, this was my absolute favorite wedding because I was able to shoot their entire romance session with film. My other 2 colleagues shot with digital. They blend seamlessly, of course. But I can feel my signature style clearly defined in the black and white images.
